Inspiration____I have been inspired by coursera and learning programming

What it does____Upload and publish .gem files to RubyGems via the Dreamspace proxy (secure API key injection).

Verify gem presence and metadata on RubyGems automatically on app load or after publish. Trigger repository CI (GitHub Actions) by adding a workflow_dispatch trigger and optionally using a PAT. View build/publish history, stream logs in a modal, and get instant toast notifications in header/footer. Subscription & pricing handled via PayPal: subscribe, check status, and cancel from the app (placeholders for PayPal plan IDs).
