RoxieAI - The Savage Web3 & Crypto Roaster Bot

Inspiration

Most Web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain tutorials are incredibly dry and boring, which causes beginners to lose interest quickly. We wanted to blend education with entertainment, giving crypto losses and coding struggles a realistic and hilarious twist. That’s why we built RoxieAI—breaking the boring corporate tone to bring pure, unfiltered, savage main-character energy to learners.

What it does

RoxieAI is a dynamic Telegram bot that interacts with users in real-time. It simplifies complex Web3 concepts and coding doubts using a unique Gen-Z Hinglish roaster persona. It handles continuous conversations naturally, and automatically logs all chat interactions into local Excel and CSV files for secure data tracking and analysis.

How we built it

The backend of this project is fully powered by Python 3 using Asyncio for high-speed, concurrent Telegram request handling. The primary AI engine utilizes Google's ultra-fast Gemini models integrated via the GenAI SDK. For local data management and chat history logging, we integrated Pandas and OpenPyXL libraries.

Challenges we ran into

Building a smart conversation memory window within a tight timeline was a significant challenge, as we had to ensure the bot retains context without losing speed. Additionally, maintaining a completely clean interface with smooth asynchronous API responses without relying on cluttered inline buttons required extensive optimization.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We successfully built a functional MVP that breaks the stereotype of polite, robotic AI assistants. Delivering a highly custom, unfiltered savage persona that successfully retains conversation memory while running efficiently as a Python script is a proud achievement for us.

What we learned

Through this project, we mastered advanced system prompt engineering to locked down a specific AI persona. We also gained hands-on experience in asynchronous request handling under tight deadlines and optimized local data logging techniques using Python data tools.

The future roadmap includes integrating live Web3 wallet balance tracking, real-time cryptocurrency token price notifications, and a smart contract code vulnerability scanner directly inside the Telegram chat interface to make it the ultimate playground for crypto traders.
