Inspiration

Inspired by Angelina Jolie and Regina Barzilay lives

What it does

Their lives made us empathise with 3 billion women and empower them to fight against breast cancer

How I built it

We have taken a human first approach that focuses in normalizing the breast cancer solution in every day conversations

All our team members are diverse in their experience . Their unique point of views made us to stich a cohesive story.

Challenges I ran into

It was difficult to visualise the unique personas . We managed those by connecting to as many as people in and around us. Iteratively improved the approach by implementing the feedback from everyone around us.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We stood as one team and complimented each other. We have resolved many issues within a quick span of time. The complete story is now out there for everyone in the globe to look at

What I learned

We learned from the doctors who shared their day to day experiences , through the panel discussion. Our coach Adeola provided timely feedback. Aws coach Shibu shared AI/ML perspectives.

What's next for Roses for a cause

Implement all the features end to end and scale out globally to touch 3 billion lives We would like to nominate our project for “AWS Get Started Program” . Our idea best fits in breast cancer awareness and early detection.
