Roommate Finder

Inspiration

We were inspired by wanting to find roommates that we were compatible with

What it does

It takes a list of questions and matches you up with compatible roommates that you'd get along with!

How we built it

We had a html5 and javascript file to build a survey and send it to a Firebase database which would use an algorithm to match you up with ideal roomates

Challenges we ran into

We didn't know how to send data to Firebase

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to get two working websites. One that could process input, but only worked on book titles, and another than could only navigate between pages.

What we learned

We figured out more about html5 and Javascript are supposed to send information to Firebase. We learned more cloud computing and cloud libraries work.
