Inspiration

The thought of doing something creative and innovative during this lockdown to fight against pandemic covid 19 inspired us the most we found a problem statement as: After COVID’19 Lockdown Ends, the requirements for taking care of Operating many thing will be doubled. Everywhere with personal hygiene, the hygiene of the things we use everyday will also be required. In which one of the most important is Currency Notes. In the daily routine the use of Currency Notes will be Maximum everywhere. And there is a chance of Spread of Virus by means of these notes, so it becomes very important to Sanitize this Currency Note before accepting it.

What it does

We have designed a Simple machine where the Currency Note or Bundle of Notes can be sanitized very easily and it will be Contact Less. This machine or rather mechanism comprises of two Rollers, covered with a material on it which be a sanitizing material and can last for around 7 days. This roller can be operated by foot paddle or a DPDT (Double Pole Double Throw) switch with a power supply. This mechanism will have a very less cost as it have no complex parts to work with. For maintenance, the Sanitizing material will have to be changed.

Various software were used for the designing of product of which we found solid works to be most suitable for our work and accordingly we designed the product
