Inspiration
Rokato was created from the idea of building a true autonomous AI workforce that does not wait for humans to guide every step. Most AI systems today are assistants that respond when asked, but we wanted to explore what happens when AI can continuously operate, monitor, improve, and make decisions on its own.
The vision behind Rokato is a world where AI agents can work alongside people 24/7, even when nobody is available. A system that can understand goals, monitor applications, detect problems, create solutions, and continuously improve itself.
What we built
Rokato is a fully autonomous AI agent platform designed to operate as a digital organization made of specialized AI agents.
Agents can work independently to analyze information, write and update code, create features, fix issues, manage workflows, research solutions, and complete complex tasks without requiring constant human interaction.
Rokato introduces a team-based agent system where different AI agents can collaborate. For example, when one agent detects a bug, it can automatically analyze the problem, communicate with specialized coding agents, test possible fixes, and deploy improvements.
The platform is designed to continuously operate, allowing agents to monitor systems, process feedback, learn from data, and take action whenever needed.
Autonomous capabilities
Rokato agents can:
- Monitor applications and detect problems automatically
- Analyze bugs and request help from other specialized agents
- Write, review, and improve code
- Create new features based on goals and feedback
- Read and understand user feedback from different sources
- Identify important issues and prioritize improvements
- Use a knowledge base to make better decisions
- Collaborate with other agents to complete complex projects
- Manage workflows without requiring manual steps
- Continuously improve systems while keeping humans informed
How we built it
Rokato combines multiple technologies including AI models, agent orchestration, automation systems, databases, and developer tools to create an environment where autonomous agents can reason, communicate, and execute tasks.
The platform uses specialized agents instead of one general AI. Each agent can focus on different responsibilities such as development, analysis, testing, research, planning, and optimization.
Challenges
Creating autonomous systems comes with major challenges. The hardest part was designing agents that can make useful decisions, work together, recover from failures, and remain reliable while handling complex tasks.
Another challenge was creating a balance between autonomy and safety, ensuring agents can operate independently while maintaining transparency and control.
Future vision
Our goal with Rokato is to build the foundation for autonomous AI teams that can help create, maintain, and improve digital products around the clock.
We imagine a future where ideas can become reality faster because AI agents handle the repetitive and complex work, allowing humans to focus on creativity, innovation, and bigger goals.
