Inspired by the need to streamline the job fair experience for Texas Tech students, Rodeo Recruiter was developed to simplify the process of discovering, tracking, and navigating potential employers, ensuring that students can efficiently connect with opportunities tailored to their career goals.

What it does

Rodeo Recruiter helps Texas Tech students maximize their job fair experience by suggesting companies and industry preferences based on their major, allowing them to track favorite companies, and providing an interactive map with detailed information about each booth.

How we built it

We built Rodeo Recruiter using React Native to ensure a smooth, cross-platform user experience, integrating dynamic company suggestions, interactive maps, and user-friendly tracking features to enhance job fair participation.
