The inspiration for Rock, Paper, Scissors Royale came from the classic game, with the goal of modernizing it by integrating blockchain technology. We aimed to create an engaging PvP experience that combines fun gameplay with the benefits of true asset ownership through NFTs, appealing to both casual gamers and crypto enthusiasts.

What it does

Rock, Paper, Scissors Royale allows players to challenge each other in 1v1 matches or participate in tournaments to earn points and unique NFTs. The game leverages the TRON blockchain to provide secure transactions and true ownership of in-game assets, enhancing the overall gaming experience.

How we built it

The game was developed using HTML5 for cross-platform compatibility, enabling it to run on both web browsers and Telegram as a Mini App. We integrated TRON's blockchain technology to manage NFT ownership and cryptocurrency rewards, ensuring a secure and transparent gaming environment.

Challenges we ran into

We encountered challenges related to integrating blockchain functionalities, particularly in ensuring fast transaction speeds and the correct implementation of smart contracts. Balancing gameplay mechanics to maintain fairness and competitiveness also required iterative testing and feedback.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We successfully created a user-friendly interface and implemented a fully functional PvP game that incorporates blockchain technology. The integration of NFTs for character customization and the completion of the core game mechanics are significant milestones we’re proud of.

What we learned

Throughout the development process, we learned the importance of player feedback in refining gameplay and UI/UX design. We gained insights into blockchain technology, particularly regarding smart contract development, security measures, and transaction management.

What's next for Rock, Paper, Scissors Telegram Multiplayer Game

In the future, we plan to launch the tournament mode, develop an NFT marketplace for trading assets, introduce more customization options, and expand the game to mobile platforms. We’re also looking to implement a referral program and host special in-game events to engage the community further.
