RoBoSpam Android Apps will be created to be use by Smart Phone Users. Free Download. FTC will have a RoBoSpam Website which the public will access to input new numbers that are RoBoCall. Smart Phone Users will be able to use the RoBoSpam's App to report RoBoCall. FTC with the new number will be able to track down the company that is doing the RoBoCall. Charge them a Fine $1.99 a call from each complaint that was submitted. Users that submitted the complaint will get $.99 and FTC will get $1.00 for service charge. RoBoSpam will be funded by RoBoCall. The more RoBoCall the more money FTC and User will make. Won't be funded by the TAX payer.
