This is a simple concept; just like we can forward and unforward our phones (cell, residential, etc) by a simple code, we should have the option to place a code on our phones--simple like #667620 (this spells norobo). Since the politicains and other entities are allowed to call us, make a different tone available to them on the phone lines that is not detected by the #667620 code.
