RoboCall Management System

The RCMS makes robocalling uneconomical by alerting called parties of the robocall before they pick up the phone. A simple and inexpensive robocall profiler system plus user complaints identify the offending callers, and the caller ID system is used to alert the consumer. Consumers ignore the calls, forcing illegitimate robocallers to abandon this marketing method. Legitimate robocallers (e.g., schools) are excluded in the RCMS; no action is taken to block calls from any line, and "false positives" are easily fixed.
