Robocall legislation

Have legislation introduced that would make robocalling illegal. I am sure you can supply more than enough documentation of the abuse of the Do Not Call Registry that a bill could be written and introduced, voted upon, and signed into law. This country was founded on the principle of a government of the people. I am sure that our legislators can get enough feedback from constituents to pass this bill with little debate.
