Make all Robo-Callers use a single-Nationwide area code that your phone or mobile device can be set to ignore. That area code will be registered by the phone company and by putting in a certain code such as *86, #86 or something like that it would by-pass your phone or mobile device. Once that code into your phone or mobile device you won't receive any phone calls from that particular area code. The same can be done for unwanted faxes (but that's another contest).
