Robo-Call Block

The technology is currently available and would be easy to launch. I can have my AT&T cell phone block all 'PC' (computer) generated inbound calls. I am certain the technology would be applicable to 'hard wired' (ground line) phones. The system could start with all on the 'do not call list' and offer an opt-out if someone wanted to receive those calls. All numbers should be capable to receive 'Reverse 911' calls for warnings from the city or county for tornadoes, etc. This could be implemented in a matter of days or weeks at the outside.
