Inspiration

We were inspired by the growing disconnect in remote work — where tools are abundant, but true collaboration feels absent. We imagined a future where humans and AI agents not only work together but spark creativity, innovation, and trust. Ro.amance Collective emerged from the idea that relationships — not just tasks — drive the best outcomes, and that AI can be a collaborative partner, not just a productivity tool.

What it does

Ro.amance Collective is a global marketplace and collaboration hub within Ro.am, where humans and AI agents connect in real-time to co-create, problem-solve, and build across industries. Users can: Discover curated AI agents or human collaborators Work together in immersive virtual spaces Launch tasks, brainstorms, or projects powered by human-AI synergy Monetize skills or agent capabilities via micro-collaborations

How we built it

We built using Lovable to integrate Ro.am’s immersive spatial platform, layering in:

AI agent integration (multi-LLM compatibility)
Agent-to-human matchmaking logic -Marketplace UI for browsing skills, needs, and agents

We used JavaScript, Supabase, OpenAI API

Challenges we ran into

-Integrating multiple LLM agents with distinct memory models

-Designing UX that feels intuitive across human and non-human collaborators

-Balancing open-ended creativity with structured task flows

-Ensuring technical stability inside spatial Ro.am environments

- Aligning real-time sync between agent actions and UI updates
