Inspiration

I am on the journey to learn MERN full stack, although I have already learn front end development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript and I find it hard getting a job on Fiverr and Upwork and this is what motivated me to want to build by own job application website that recruiters can post jobs and freelancers can apply for the job.

What it does

This web app allows people to search and apply for a job, you can also copy a job url and share it to another person.

How we built it

I built this web app using Visual Studio Code with Html, CSS and JavaScript.

Challenges we ran into

I have problem with the Laptop I'm using, the screen of my laptop is broken so it is not clear enough and that makes it uncomfortable for me. I also need to search for some of the function that is not clear to me before finally getting answers to it. My code also got deleted mistakenly and I had to start over again.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I'm very proud of completing this project despite the fact that my laptop is very bad and I almost gave up the project but I keep pushing to the end.

What we learned

I learned about Async and Await functionality because it wasn't clear to me when I was still learning front end development but because I needed it in my project, I had to make more research about it and I'm very good at it now.

What's next for RMT-Dev

I would like to add backend functionality to web app after I'm done learning the MERN full stack I'm currently learning.
