“Ritual” was inspired by the atmosphere of old European cathedrals, medieval myths, and the quiet tension of Catholic mysticism. I wanted to capture the feeling of stepping into a sacred space where history, symbolism, and the supernatural blend together in subtle, unsettling ways.

What it does

The film creates a mood-driven journey through faith, fear, and the unknown. It invites the viewer into a world of whispered prayers, hidden symbols, and rituals that seem familiar yet impossibly ancient.

How we built it

The project was crafted using AI-driven cinematic tools, combining stylized visuals, atmospheric sound design, and slow, deliberate pacing. Each scene was shaped to evoke a sense of mystery without relying on explicit exposition.

Challenges we ran into

Capturing the right balance between religious authenticity and mythic ambiguity was difficult. We also faced challenges ensuring visual consistency across scenes while maintaining the film’s dreamlike tone.
