How we built it

Challenges we ran into

Accomplishments thEvery year, millions of Americans skip care — not because it doesn’t exist, but because no one predicted they would.

Most healthcare tools answer: “Where is care?” RiskBridge asks: “Who is about to miss care — and how do we intervene early?”

We borrowed a concept from quantitative finance: risk prediction. Just like credit systems predict default, we predict care avoidance.

RiskBridge generates a Care Access Risk Score using three signals: financial barriers, access limitations, and social stigma.

But here’s what makes it different: users can describe their situation in plain English — and our system detects hidden barriers like fear or shame, turning them into a measurable signal.

The result isn’t just a score — it’s personalized intervention: • high stigma → anonymous support • low access → telehealth • language barriers → culturally relevant providers

We don’t just show care. We match people to care they’re actually willing and able to use.

RiskBridge is predictive, barrier-aware, and built for underserved communities.

In under a minute, someone can go from uncertainty to a clear path forward.
