RiseTogether
Inspiration
Our inspiration is knowing that many women's achievements go under appreciated and that they do not get the recognition they deserve.
What it does
Our program allows people to learn about history of many influential women throughout history as well as use a forum where they can ask questions about their work or problems that other women can help them solve.
How we built it
We built it using HTML, Javascript and CSS through Replit.
Challenges we ran into
We were unable to code the forums page to work
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The accomplishments we were proud of was coming up with our idea and then finishing the code for the home page along with the history page.
What we learned
Learning about our skills and weaknesses showed us how to work together and build on each other's ideas.
What's next for RiseTogether
The next step for RiseTogether is to get the forum page working so we can test and promote it for people to use. We also hope people can request more important women in tech so we can commemorate them on the website, and eventually let people write their own articles.
