Inspiration

The inspiration started with the song "RISE AGAIN." I wanted to create a powerful visual narrative that matched its intense, emotional, and ultimately triumphant theme. The song itself felt like a journey, so I imagined a physical journey to match it—a difficult climb from a low, dark valley to a brilliant summit. The entire video is a visual metaphor for the song's message of overcoming adversity.

What it does

"RISE AGAIN" is a fully animated music video for an original song composed with Suno V5. Using a suite of AI tools, I created a cinematic story to bring the music to life. It's not just a collection of clips; it's a complete narrative that follows a central character as she travels to, and ultimately conquers, a massive mountain, with every scene timed to the emotional beats of the song.

How I built it

I used Freepik (Seedream for Image Generations), OpenArt (Kling 2.1 pro for videos), Suno V5 for music and Capcut for editing. The music from Suno was the foundation. I built the visual story on top of it, generating images and video clips to match the song's energy, and then edited everything together in Capcut to sync perfectly.

Challenges I ran into

It was really hard to get some shots for images as well as video. The main challenge was visual consistency and pacing. Creating a character that looked the same across dozens of different shots (especially moving from a train to a snowy village to a mountain) was a huge hurdle. Beyond that, editing the AI-generated clips to match the song's tempo and emotional shifts in Capcut was a painstaking process of cutting, timing, and re-timing.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I'm incredibly proud of how the visuals and music are woven together. It feels like a real music video, where the song and the story enhance each other. The biggest accomplishment was successfully translating the song's abstract theme of "rising" into a concrete, compelling visual story, all using these brand new AI tools.

What I learned

This project was a masterclass in AI-driven music video production. I learned how to use a song as the "storyboard" for a visual narrative. It forced me to think like an editor from the very beginning, planning how to generate specific visual "beats" (a quiet look, a moment of struggle, a triumphant view) that would perfectly align with the music's quiet verses and powerful choruses.

What's next for RISE AGAIN

This workflow is the big takeaway. I'm excited to refine it and create more music videos, perhaps for different genres of music. The next step would be to try and create visuals for a song with actual lyrics, using the AI to try and visualize the specific words and metaphors in the song, making the connection even deeper.
