Inspiration

Creative teams often keep final media and the documents that support its use—licenses, releases, contracts, and receipts—in separate folders. Before publication, someone must manually work out which evidence belongs to which asset, what the documents actually say, and where coverage is missing.

What it does

Rights & Receipts is a UGREEN AI NAS Skill candidate that prepares a source-linked evidence packet for human review. Within user-authorized NAS paths, it inventories creative assets and supporting documents, preserves file identity and document anchors, and assigns one conservative evidence state per asset: evidence-linked, evidence-gap, or review-needed.

The labels describe the reviewed evidence—not legal clearance. Filename similarity, dates, metadata, or visual resemblance can create a candidate link, but never invented permission. Conflicts and unreadable sources remain visible.

How it is designed

The parent Skill delegates only to catalog-mapped Uliya experts:

  • file-agent inventories and hashes in-scope assets and documents.
  • photo-agent performs only separately authorized metadata, visible-text, or neutral-scene analysis, without face identification.
  • document-agent extracts source-supported rights terms with document hashes and page or section anchors.
  • knowledge-agent saves an approved Markdown packet only after confirmation.

Reads are the default. Saving a packet or applying evidence-status tags requires a preview and explicit approval. Canonical-path containment, partial coverage, conflicts, empty results, and failed or cancelled expert states are handled explicitly.

What is built

The original SKILL.md, evidence model, disclosures, approval boundaries, and failure handling are implemented. The official Uliya checker reports static-pass with zero errors and zero warnings. A synthetic forward test exercised direct links, conflicting documents, candidate-only matches, and unreadable evidence.

Current limits and next validation

Round 1 has not been executed on UGREEN AI NAS. Installability, registered-expert behavior, model output quality, performance, and end-to-end approval handling remain unvalidated until finalist NAS access. The packet is not legal advice or a legal-clearance decision, and missing evidence may exist outside the authorized scope.
