Inspiration Many Company Face problem in Bug report,Support System where we make a app for company which will make there work so easier.

What it does

We have created the application using Flutter.This application is providing various features such as support system, bug report, Leaderboard.

Support system is created using Dialogflow which working based on NLP. Users can chat with the bot using voice/text and get their queries resolved.

Bug report will allow user to report any error/bug they came across while using the application. The bug classifier uses ML model to classify the severity and type of the bug and then the details are stored in the mongoDB for further analysis.

In the admin panel, we are providing query support and bug management features and displaying leaderboard.
