Inspiration: Automating the "administrative friction" of engineering teams. What it does: AI standups, task breakdowns, survey analysis, and a secure management dashboard. How we built it: Node.js, Discord.js, Multi-modal AI (OpenAI & Gemini), SQLite. Challenges: Syncing real-time Discord state with a secure web dashboard. What's next: Native Jira/GitHub integrations and mobile-responsive enhancements.
