Inspiration
- Call of Duty: we basically cloned it.
- Sekiro & Expedition: 33 for rhythmic parrying mechanics.
- Omori aesthetics.
What it does
- The player has a gun and a energy barrier.
- Using the barrier consumes stamina. Stamina regenerates slowly over time.
When activated, the barrier destroys projectiles in range.
Firing her gun has a cooldown.
There is a grace period where if you fire in the last 20% of the cooldown, you can fire early and get a small stamina boost.
Enemies have a predictable rhythm to their shots, count the beat!
How we built it
- Using Unity.
What's next for Rhythm Duty
- Adding more enemy types.
- Adding more levels.
- Adding a dodge mechanic.
