What it does

Our ChatBot is a basic application of the speech to emotion AI model that looks to predict and output what the user is feeling whilst speaking through the ChatBot. The predicted emotion is represented through colors hence allowing other users to "feel" what you are saying. We hope that this may potentially overcome the problem with online social platforms, in that it is very hard to express emotion to other users through just words.

How I built it

The ChatBot is an android application, while our backend is built using Firebase and Python. The AI model is built using Keras.

Challenges I ran into

Mainly basic issues with GitHub and android.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Although the model was not 100% accurate, it was relatively accurate enough to be a proof of concept
