REVIVE

The project is based on connecting restaurant owners and farmers, having two streams - supply of the food produced in the region and the other is to produce fertilizers from restaurant-derived wastes.

Comment

We are REVIVE. Our projects aims at circular economy and operations between restaurants and farmers.

The project connects restaurants and farmers to establish relations locally regarding supply of products and waste management for fertilizers production.

The process will be done within a platform that connects both parties in order to create a win-win situation basing on the restaurant's and farmer's needs.

The main challenges were to bring such a big challenge as transition from linear to circular economy in one, simple solution.

We are proud to deliver a viable product of intercultural cooperation that will serve thousands of people.

What we learned is that being innovative takes a lot of motivation and struggle, but the idea that is created afterwards rewards all the people having been working on this.

The next step is described in a slide-deck - make the platform, invest in marketing and help to fight climate change within operation scheme fostering circular economy!
