Inspiration
Many local businesses struggle to collect customer reviews and manage their online reputation. We built Review Pulse to help businesses generate more positive reviews, capture private feedback, and improve customer trust using AI.
What it does
Reviewpluse is an AI-powered review management platform that helps businesses collect Google reviews through QR codes, generate AI-assisted review content, capture negative feedback privately, send WhatsApp review requests, and track reputation performance through analytics.
How we built it
We built Review Pulse using React, Vite, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Google Gemini AI, Razorpay, and Vercel. The platform follows a multi-tenant SaaS architecture with separate dashboards for businesses and administrators.
Challenges we ran into
Some of the biggest challenges were building scalable review workflows, implementing AI-generated reviews, managing subscription plans, and designing a system that can support future enterprise features like multi-branch management.

What's next for ReviewXpert
We plan to add Google Review Sync, Multi-Branch Management, Competitor Tracking, WhatsApp Automation, and White-Label solutions for agencies and enterprises.
