Customer capture the bad travel service using his or her camera integrated in the app The photo is downloaded inside the app with a brief text about the complain The picture will appear directly inside a map Customers and owners of the business can see the picture if they have the app and date of downloading The app is divided into three sections: 1- hotels 2- airlines 3- travel services such as insurance and rent a car each section got its own map on the map! Travel Businesses can improve their services through looking at the complains and the complain will be deleted when the business promise to resolve the complain
