Inspiration
We wanted to create an agent that empowers every employee — not just sales teams — to think and act with a revenue mindset. By giving employees real-time insights, automations, and proactive guidance, Revenue RangerX 360 transforms revenue generation into a company-wide effort, unlocking hidden potential across all departments.
What it does
Revenue RangerX 360 acts as an intelligent revenue operations assistant for employees. It helps by tracking customer onboarding, subscription management, billing, upsells, renewals, and customer feedback. It provides proactive alerts, revenue opportunities, and workflow automations — all within a 360° revenue framework — to drive growth from every corner of the organization.
How we built it.
We built Revenue RangerX 360 using Salesforce's AgentForce platform. We designed 20 specialized topics with custom and default actions tailored to revenue operations. We created custom objects and fields to store critical business data, built Salesforce Flows to automate processes, and designed the agent to offer a seamless, easy-to-navigate experience. We focused on a no-code/low-code approach to make it scalable and future-proof.
Challenges we ran into
Some challenges included balancing complexity with simplicity — making sure the agent could handle multiple revenue workflows without overwhelming the user. Mapping data relationships across different topics and building click-based flows that felt natural also required careful design and iteration. Fine-tuning prompts and actions to ensure relevancy across various employee roles was another key challenge.

We’re proud of creating a complete 360° revenue-focused agent that is scalable, intuitive, and impactful. We successfully integrated automation, real-time insights, and proactive suggestions into one agent without needing heavy coding. We’re also proud of designing the agent in a modular way, making it easy to extend with future use cases.
What we learned
We learned how critical it is to design from the user's perspective, especially when dealing with revenue-related workflows across different employee roles. We also deepened our skills in building structured, topic-based agents on AgentForce, creating flows, managing complex data models, and balancing automation with human decision-making.
What's next for Revenue RangerX 360 ( employee agent type):
Next, we plan to integrate predictive analytics and AI-driven forecasting into Revenue RangerX 360, making it even smarter at identifying revenue risks and opportunities. We also aim to enhance personalization by tailoring the agent’s suggestions based on employee roles and performance patterns, making Revenue RangerX 360 a truly adaptive co-pilot for every team member.
