🚀 Inspiration The challenge of speed and precision in a real-world UI environment instantly drew me in. As a developer and designer, the idea of combining pixel-perfect UI recreation with time pressure was both fun and fiercely competitive — and the possibility of a live showdown in NYC made it even more exciting!

⚙️ What it does This project replicates a provided premium subscription paywall inside the new RevenueCat Paywalls builder. It features:

Tabbed pricing plans for Monthly and Annual subscriptions

Feature highlights with icons

Stylized call-to-action buttons

Accurate typography, layout, and colors All elements were built directly in RevenueCat's editor from scratch.

🛠 How we built it I used:

RevenueCat Paywalls builder UI (latest version)

The provided reference design and asset pack

A screen recorder (OBS) to capture the full build

A trimmed clip of the final 2 minutes for social submission The build was done from scratch with careful layout alignment, styling controls, and tab customization.

🧱 Challenges we ran into Matching exact font sizes and spacing with limited typography controls

Manually aligning icons and text without grid snapping

Getting tabbed views to reflect different pricing layouts while maintaining design consistency

Working quickly without compromising visual accuracy under time pressure

🏆 Accomplishments that we're proud of Achieved a highly accurate match to the original reference in a minimal time window

Optimized build flow using RevenueCat’s native components like Feature Bullets and Plan Tabs

Submitted a clean, precise design with no extra tweaks needed

📚 What we learned Mastered the RevenueCat Paywalls builder, including styling, structure, and layout hacks

Improved my speed design skills under a timed constraint

Learned how far attention to detail can take you in competitive UI challenges

🔮 What’s next for the RevenueCat challenge I’m aiming to rank in the top 5 and make it to the live finals in New York City!
