Revamp Car MR

Inspiration

The idea was inspired by the desire to create an interactive and engaging experience in Mixed Reality (MR), allowing users to personalize and upgrade their cars in a fun and immersive way.

What it does

Revamp Car MR lets users upgrade and customize their cars in Mixed Reality. Players can add spoilers, change tires, and apply stickers to their virtual cars, all while interacting in a realistic 3D environment.

How we built it

This project was developed using Unity We combined MR technology with 3D modeling to provide a seamless customization experience.

Challenges we ran into

Integrating realistic physics for car upgrades. Ensuring the MR interface was intuitive and user-friendly. Optimizing the application for smooth performance in MR environments.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Successfully implementing a fully interactive car customization system. Creating a visually appealing and immersive MR environment. Overcoming technical challenges to ensure a smooth user experience.

What's next for Revamp Car MR

Adding more customization options, such as paint jobs, lights, and body kits. Introducing multiplayer functionality so users can showcase their customized cars. Expanding the project to include a virtual showroom or race track where users can test their creations. Integrating a scoring system based on creativity and design to gamify the experience further.
