Reuse-A-Reusable

Inspiration

The ultimate inspiration was protecting our earth from the toxicity of plastic, but I was also deeply inspired by adapting to life in a post-pandemic world.

What it does

The vending machine will be located outside of grocery stores, and will dispense reusable bags on a subscription basis, however many bags you get is based on your subscription level. User bags will then be picked up at a later date.

How we built it

Using a Yola website.

Challenges we ran into

Figuring out who was the ultimate Reuse-A-Reusable user. It involved lots of customer discovery.

The attention to detail and accessibility that went into this project.

What we learned

To always think outside the box, and that your problems may not be universal.

What's next for Reuse-A-Reusable

Hopefully funding, we are seeking more information on price quotes and the legality of our business.
