Inspiration
Supply shortages, low quality, and limited usability are constant satellites of the frontiers for any pandemic. Inspired by SAGES N95 MASK RE-USE STRATEGIES article and armed with science (additional pruff) we are developing our solution to fix this.
What it does
It uses heat to kill all the viruses/germ as well as vaporizing the moister extending the time usage time without the need to put it off.
How we built it
We used skills in such areas as heat and electric engineering. As well as such programs as SolidWorks and Proteus.
Challenges we ran into
• Huge variety of filtering materials available on the market.
• Keeping everything as compact as possible.
• Rarity of machines for respirator testing.
What's next?
1) Buying and testing the best suitable filtering materials.
2) Accomplishing the final prototype.
3) Certification.
4) Fundraising and looking for manufacturers.
