RetroPi Emulation System

  Working prototype. Buttons not functioning, did not have time to finishing debugging the issue.

Inspiration

Lots of online builds, so we wanted to attempt making our own version of the project.

What it does

It allows the player to download ROMS and play any game from N64, GBA, PS1, etc.

How we built it

We soldered together all of the various components.

Challenges we ran into

We are not experienced with soldering but this project involved soldering at every point of the project.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Able to get display, and soldered all the buttons together. Never used a proto solder board before so it was fun to use it.

What we learned

Learned a lot about soldering

What's next for RetroPi Emulation System

Finishing the audio amplifier system and get the GPIO buttons working.
