Retirement is one of the important aspects of life that an individual ignores in early life and finally realizes its value at last stages of life. There is a definite need to address this issue and help people understand the importance of planning retirement to live happily in old age.
What it does
Idea that builds awareness and plans retirement By using retirement planner any individual can predict at what age he could retire by giving some inputs related to user's lifestyle. Our retirement planner will take all the inputs from end user and by applying supervised learning technique it will predict the retirement age. Here there will be some modules which will be handful to end users in order to gain knowledge on how to plan retirement efficiently by viewing videos provided. End users can also know how much salary they should earn and their spendings limit is given by our planner when they gave certain inputs along with the time period when they should retire. Our planner will also focus on suggesting best retirement plans to end user after retiring based on their interests like peace, satisfaction or any financial related things like investments by scheduling a meeting with an expert in that particular field in order to help them to enjoy retirement time happily by believing our planner.
How we built it
Implemented a supervised machine learning model that helps in predicting retirement time for an individual based on their lifestyle and other factors. Also, suggests the income expense pattern for a happy and early retirement. An intelligent planner provides custom retirement recommendations for individuals based on their interests.
Challenges we ran into
We can clearly say that the problem statement is not pointing to any specific path to choose. Our main challenge is idea that how it encourages users to focus on their retirement plan. There is a huge gap because generally people won't have any idea on their retirement plans. Advising end users about investments based on their interests and market risk.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We hope that we had successfully filled the gap between end users and their idea on retirement plans successfully with our website. We also helping end users to wisely invest their money based on their interests and with respect to the markets risks to our best efforts.
What we learned
Learned the importance of retirement and analyzed its after affects. It has greater impact on thinking by understanding in early stages of life.
What's next for Retirement Planner
Retirement planner will give all predictions to user in order to focus on their retirement plan in the initial stages of their career based on lifestyle. Investments in real life will changes dynamically based on several factors. So, in order to invest the retirement money of the end user in any particular field with less risk we will schedule a meeting with financial expert. Based to user's interest expert pitches his ideas and tell end user pros and cons. For this financial expert should need strong risk prediction model in order to avoid risk.
