Inspiration
Made by students for students.
What it does
Helps you prioritize your work and find help when you need it.
How I built it
Swift tutorials from Apple, collaboration with my teammates, and a dream to make a working iOS app. Previous html knowledge and a couple hours on Google learning about jQuery.
Challenges I ran into
Learning how to organize UI elements in Xcode. Working as a team who all had a different skill set.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Learning Swift from scratch in such a short period of time. Creating a minimalist design landing page.
What I learned
How to utilize html properly to make styling easier.
What's next for ReTask
The world? Who knows? In the future, our team hopes to reach a wider range of users by porting ReTask over to Android as well as creating a web portal. By giving students the ability to create accounts and sync their data across multiple platforms, users would have access to their tasks, regardless of their location or time of day. We would also like to try to get teachers involved with our product to establish 'classes' that students could join to make it easier for users to seek help.
