Brick-and-mortar stores are ripe for disruption. Retaily helps bring the customers back to the physical stores. Online retailers have been able to monitor and analyze user actions to increase conversion rates. Through the use of mobile devices and indoor location mapping, Retaily provides retailers the same intelligence to increase in-store sales rate.

Using Bluetooth Low Energy beacons, we allow retailers to track user proximity information. The information is collected and anaylzed by the Retaily Cloud Service, which then triggers outcomes based on predefined rules. Typical rules can include:

{User walks by the beacon} and {stands for 10minutes} and {Walks away} -> send a 25% off coupon.

Content delivery can be done using Mobile Push Notification, Exact Target Email and SMS. In addition, a sales associate using the Retaily Admin App, can also be notified of a customer's intent to purchase. The Retaily Admin App, will also display a customer's purchase history, helping the sales associate make better recommendations.

Set up is very simple, first create a promotion at the Retaily Website, and configure the user actions and outcomes using the drag/drop UI. Then place an iBeacon compatible Bluetooth LE device/dongle in the promotional area in the store. Then using the Retaily Admin App, pair the iBeacon with the promotion and Retaily will begin tracking users.

For customers, a Retaily SDK enabled app is all that's needed to keep them informed and engaged while they shop. With Retaily, repeat visits are common, encouraged, and measured.
