Inspiration

We were just vibe coding this while at a retail store lol

What it does

RetailX is an AI command center for physical retail. The goal is to make the retailX the agentic multimodal observability platform for retail chain owners, or structuring retail store data into actionable insights for the brands

How we built it

We used real camera feeds from retail stores - the demo shows actual live data, not mockups. We integrated different camera systems and POS platforms. Used Tavus Avatar Integration, Implemented an agentic AI assistant for customer interactions

Getting the data pipeline sorted for video streams and extract valuable metrics from it
