What it does
The goal of our heart disease prediction project is to determine if a patient should be diagnosed with heart disease or not
How we built it
we built Heart_Disease_Prediction system using some python libraries and sklearn.metrics. We used (Google Co-lab) in this. Techniques like this could help us solve challenges in cardiovascular disease (CVD) care such as prescribing medicines with potentially serious side-effects, predicting risk of heart disease, or what type of physical activity to recommend.
Challenges we ran into
The Data Set we are going to use in our project is (heart_disease_data.csv) Improve the Accuracy of (NHS) Health check.
The Tools we are going to use in our project are : 1.Google Co-Lab 2.Dash 4.Python
What we learned
Here by, We have learned how to predict Heart Disease by using Different Categories of Health check which we stored in our Dataset and we have added this dataset into a Python code in Google Co-lab. We used Logistic-Regression model to train.
