This project is an interactive dashboard application designed to solve the cognitive dissonance managers face when balancing strict compliance with employee development. It features a dynamic "State Toggle" that instantly switches the application's context, visual theme, and data presentation between two distinct operational modes. Key Features: Roster Mode ("Bad Cop"): A high-contrast, dark-themed interface designed for strict auditing. It highlights protocol violations, uniform infractions, and scheduling adherence. The UI utilizes red accents and alert iconography to prioritize immediate correction. Improvement Mode ("Good Cop"): A soft, light-themed interface focused on growth. It displays achievements, mentorship goals, and wellness checks. The UI utilizes emerald green tones and calming typography to encourage positive reinforcement. Dynamic Theming: Real-time CSS/State injection allows for instant context switching without page reloads, using visual cues (color psychology) to shift the user's mindset.
