How we built it

  • FastAPI Framework.
  • PostgreSQL Database: Stores employee profiles and info they provided to agent.
  • Custom Source Parser: Converts unstructured text into structured candidate profiles
  • Smart Merging Algorithm: Handles data conflicts across multiple sources with revision tracking
  • Make.com Integration: Automated monthly inquiry emails with beautiful HTML formatting
  • Attachment Processing: Extracts text from PDFs, DOCX files, and images using OCR and document parsing
  • Revision Control: Tracks how profiles evolve over time with full audit trails
  • Intelligent Deduplication: Prevents duplicate entries while preserving data richness ## Challenges we ran into
  • Natural Language Processing: Converting free-form text into structured data required extensive prompt engineering and validation. We built a robust parsing system that extracts only explicitly mentioned information without hallucinating details. ## Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • AWS deployement ## What's next for Resumate B2B pilots with consultant agencies and companies with many employees. Integration with ATS systems as they already have all the means to process data, but no good one to acquire.
