ResQ Learning

Inspiration

Every year, thousands of lives are lost during sudden cardiac arrests, severe choking, or trauma simply because surrounding bystanders lacked first-aid knowledge. We were inspired to build ResQ to transform life-saving education into everyday, addicting, bite-sized knowledge.

What it does

ResQ is an interactive learning platform that makes emergency preparedness fun and accessible. Learn & Test: Users navigate video lessons and dynamic quizzes to reinforce their knowledge. Earn Rewards: Finishing modules earns points based on performance and accuracy, which can be redeemed in the ResQ shop for verified safety products like first-aid kits and emergency tools.

Both of us were completely new to making websites and had never coded in HTML, CSS or JS before.

What's next for ResQ Learning

Learners track their readiness score over time using an algorithm that accounts for knowledge retention and quick decision-making under simulated pressure. Add more topics and quizzes. Flesh out the UI and make it more professional
