What Inspired Us
As AI tools become increasingly powerful and accessible, many organizations still struggle with internal resistance and fragmented adoption. Through conversations with change managers and employees across industries like manufacturing, research, and sales, we identified a gap: while the technology is advancing, the human side of adoption is being left behind. This inspired us to create a platform that addresses not just technical readiness, but emotional and strategic readiness for AI-driven transformation.
What We Built
We developed REsonating Solutions, a two-way change management platform that supports both employees and change managers throughout the AI adoption journey. The platform consists of: • A consolidated dashboard of role-specific AI tools for employees • A sentiment-tracking mechanism to surface emotional blockers in real time • A Telegram-based bot, MSDGuide, that prompts managers with targeted communications • An AI assistant, ShiftSense, trained on multiple change management frameworks to generate context-specific recommendations
What We Learned
We learned that designing for change management means thinking beyond functionality. It requires empathy, timing, and trust. We also learned to translate complex theories like ADKAR and Lewin’s model into actionable prompts and to bridge technical systems with human behavior. Testing with real users taught us the importance of simplicity, personalization, and feedback loops.
Challenges We Faced
• Ensuring the AI assistant selected the most appropriate framework for a given query
• Handling real-time sentiment data and deciding when to alert managers without overreacting
• Designing a system that remains lightweight yet extensible across industries and future transformations to be scalable
Final Thoughts
REsonating Solutions is more than a tool—it’s a bridge between innovation and adoption, between AI potential and human trust. We’re excited about its potential to evolve alongside the organizations it supports.
