What's next for ResiliNet - AI & Web3 Early Warning System

Communities across vulnerable regions face increasing climate risks, food insecurity, and sudden disasters. Traditional early warning systems often suffer from delayed response times and a lack of transparent financial allocation. ResiliNet was built to solve this by combining real-time AI risk analysis with decentralized smart contracts for immediate, reliable action.

What it does

ResiliNet is an end-to-end early warning and rapid response platform:

  • AI Geospatial Intelligence: Continuously monitors climate, weather, and community data to predict potential crisis risks.
  • Interactive Dashboard: Visualizes risk zones on a real-time interactive map, delivering localized alerts to users.
  • Automated Smart Contract Vaults: Automatically triggers emergency action funds transparently on the blockchain when risk thresholds are met.

How we built it

  • Frontend: Interactive dashboard built using modern web frameworks and GIS mapping integration.
  • Backend & API: Developed high-performance REST APIs in .NET to aggregate data and feed AI risk models.
  • Smart Contracts: Written in Solidity to ensure transparent, automated emergency relief fund distribution without middlemen.

Challenges we ran into

Integrating real-time geospatial data feeds with deterministic smart contract execution required complex architecture. We solved this by designing a secure API verification pattern to feed verified risk levels to the smart contracts.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • Delivering a fully functional hybrid platform combining Web3 transparency with AI prediction.
  • Designing a user-friendly system built specifically for community resilience and decision-making.

What's next for ResiliNet

  • Expanding support for low-bandwidth SMS alerts for remote rural areas.
  • Integrating decentralized oracle networks (like Chainlink) for direct on-chain weather verification.
