Challenges We Faced

One of the biggest challenges was identifying the true problem.

Initially, we assumed the issue was primarily a skills gap. However, deeper research revealed that many people already possess valuable skills and qualifications, yet still struggle to find meaningful opportunities.

This insight forced us to rethink our approach.

Instead of building another platform focused on skill recommendations, we shifted toward solving a broader and more impactful challenge: helping people make better career decisions.

Another challenge was designing a system capable of combining personal career profiles, labor market intelligence, hiring trends, and workforce demand into recommendations that are both personalized and actionable.

Our goal was not to overwhelm users with more information, but to provide clarity through intelligent guidance.

What We Learned
