We built RPV to automate the entire workflow: research → analysis → presentation → delivery. Imagine a tool that lets executives focus on what to say, not how to say it.

What it does

  1. Research: Parse PDFs (balance sheets, reports) and URLs (competitor sites, blogs).
  2. Presentation: Generate structured slides with AI-curated insights, visuals (Fal.AI), and data visualizations.
  3. Voice: Add ElevenLabs-powered narration that sounds like you, synced to slides.
  4. Engage: Answer live questions during presentations using context from your data.

How we built it

  • Frontend: SvelteKit + Tailwind for a lightning-fast, intuitive interface.
  • AI Core:
    • Research: pdf-parse + Cheerio for data extraction; LLM for summarization.
    • Presentation: Fal.AI generates infographics from data points; Mistral models refine slide flow.
    • Voice: ElevenLabs API clones your tone or picks a professional voice.
  • Analytics: PostHog tracks user engagement (e.g., slide views, Q&A usage).
  • Deployment: Vercel edge network for instant global access.

Challenges we ran into

  • Data Chaos: Parsing unstructured PDFs (e.g., financial tables) required regex + LLM hybrid logic.
  • Voice-Slide Sync: Timing ElevenLabs audio to match slide transitions without lag.
  • Context-Aware Q&A: Keeping ChatGPT answers strictly tied to uploaded data (no hallucinations).
