With the free SOS phone app from RescuePhone you will always have your important data at hand in case of an emergency. Additionally you have a direct line with Rescuephone’s ultramodern control room through an emergency credit. When the alarm is activated it will automatically send your smart phone location to the Rescuephone control room. This is a unique system and not possible via 112. Because your location is instantly visible in the control room the Rescuephone dispatcher will always send the right emergency services to you directly, without even (if necessary) speaking to you. An efficient solution since many callers automatically panic and are therefore unable to communicate or explain what is happening. The Rescuephone control room is a PAC certified control room and is designed to receive detailed emergency information rapidly, therefor able to designate operational services.

Rescuephone’s SOS App comes in two options:

1) – ICE – In Case Of Emergency

The free part of the Rescuephone App has standard the ICE function (in case of emergency). This version allows you to put your most important medical and contact information under ICE, data that could be crucial if you are no longer responding. Emergency services can then, via the App on your device, see your medical records and assess who should be contacted.

2) - Control Room Service

The control room version of the Rescuephone App provides, besides the free ICE functionality, the possibility to purchase emergency credits so that you can contact and speak to the control room. In addition to telephone contact with the dispatcher the Rescuephone App sends all ICE data and your GPS location to the emergency center which enables them to send the appropriate service to the right place.

This service allows you to contact the Rescuephone control room either 3, 6, or 12 times.

Bronze € 1.59 – Max 3 x contact with the Rescuephone control room

Silver € 2.99 – Max 6 x contact with the Rescuephone control room

Gold € 4.99 – Max 12 x contact with the Rescuephone control room

The Rescuephone App uses positioning technology to determine your location through GPS, GSM or Wifi to determine your exact location using integrating maps. Rescuephone dispatchers then give detailed and certified information to the emergency centers even if you do not know your own location.

Rescuephone App is a new App which you have to register once. Even if you are using only the free ICE function, you must register once to create your medical profile.
