Rescue Relay — from "all gone" to "all accounted for". The lightweight relay that turns food-rescue chain-text (WhatsApp groups where surplus food listings disappear within an hour) into an auditable loop: one claim, one driver, one proven delivery. Built for CSC Summer Impactathon. Seeded with real, verified Pittsburgh food-relief orgs. Five-step relay: Post → Classify (AI vision <1s) → Claim (atomic Postgres row lock + partial unique index) → Deliver (server-side haversine geofence) → Impact (public board: pounds, meals, CO₂). Two unfakable mechanisms: atomic claim + AI at the edge (graceful degradation, never a crash).
