Inspiration

This project was inspired in part due to the recent news about HDB resale prices cooling after 7 years as well as some of the Data projects we did on HDBs for one of our modules the previous year.

What it does

The dashboard aims to provide users with easy access to basic analytics regarding HDB resale prices. Such as the price and affordability trends, a fair value estimator as well as a market heat index. These functions aim to provide transparent data for potential buyers and sellers to make more informed choices when entering the market.
