Live freeze-before-reveal evidence documented
ReproSeal documents a privacy-safe, continuous live run of the bounded Gemini/ADK → allowlisted local runner → KMS-before-Secret → terminal-receipt path. The run returned PASS, with audit logs recording one KMS sign before one exact Secret read and no observed reveal-side events under the Investigator identity. This supports the information boundary for that run—not paper correctness, model ignorance of a public result, or trusted remote-runner provenance.
